This bathroom needed a full upgrade. It had to be stripped back to the bare bones. The first-fix plumbing was rerouted and arranged to fit the new appliances.
We stripped everything back and discovered poorly installed plasterboard covering gorgeous limestone outer walls. Sadly, we had to cover up the limestone again but we quickly installed new plasterboard and started running new piping that made better use of the space.
We were able to leave the existing Towel Radiator in place as it was quite up-to-date and fit well with the design. This helped to keep costs low for the client.
This was followed up with
The tiling was pretty simply, with the (size) (name) (colour) floor tiles. The quality (size) (name) (colour) tiles were easy to install on the walls on the walls.
The WC cistern was enclosed and a convenient surface above it installed.
The Basin is a (name) (brand) (size) from (source). It sits on a wall hung vanity unit from (name).
The Shower was sourced from (name). After installing most of it, we found that it had been dispatched with a screw that was the incorrect size for hanging the door. Despite contacting (company), to avoid any delays on handover to out client, we had to source our own screw of the correct size. We also found that one of the plastic seals was not functioning and had to improvise our own solution
